Booking, Cancellation and No Show Policy
At Organic Spa Chicago, we reserve time specifically for you and prepare our space and treatment plan in advance. To keep scheduling fair and maintain the highest level of care for every client, we kindly ask you to review and follow the policies below.
Appointments and Booking
- Appointments can be booked online. Please select your service carefully and arrive on time so we can provide the full experience.
- If you are unsure which service to choose, we recommend booking a Consultation so we can guide you to the best option.
- By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment time.
- The full service price still applies, even if the appointment is shortened due to late arrival.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.
No Show Policy
- If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not notify us, it will be treated as a No Show.
- No Shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.
Same Day Changes
- Same day cancellations or rescheduling requests fall under the less than 48 hours policy and are subject to the 50% fee.
- If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. While fees are not guaranteed to be waived, we will always communicate with care and professionalism.
Service Changes
- If you would like to change your service type, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust timing and preparation.
- Service changes requested with less than 48 hours notice may not be possible due to schedule and treatment requirements.
Health, Safety and Treatment Suitability
- Please inform your provider of any relevant health conditions, sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, or medications that could affect treatment suitability.
- Some services and add-ons have contraindications. If a service is not suitable on the day of your appointment, we may modify the treatment for safety and comfort.
- If a treatment cannot be performed safely, we may recommend rescheduling or switching to a suitable option.
Payments and Fees
- Late cancellation and No Show fees are charged to compensate for reserved appointment time that cannot be rebooked on short notice.
- All fees are based on the scheduled service price.
Gift Cards and Packages
- Gift cards and packages are subject to the same cancellation and No Show policy.
- If a package session is cancelled late or a No Show occurs, the applicable fee may be charged, or the session may be deducted from the package, depending on the package terms.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward staff or other clients.
- We also reserve the right to end a session early if safety or professionalism is compromised. In such cases, the full service price may apply.
