Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Not always, but it helps. If you are unsure which service to choose, we recommend booking a Consultation so we can guide you toward the most suitable option for your skin.
What products do you use?
We work with natural and organic skincare. We use organic chamomile and calendula flowers, plus fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, each chosen for how it cares for your skin.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and is not an additional fee. Any remaining balance is due by the time of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With more than 48 hours’ notice your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client is not delayed, and the full service price still applies.
What is buccal (intraoral) massage?
Buccal massage works the facial muscles from inside the mouth as well as externally, combined with lymphatic drainage. It helps release jaw and facial tension, reduce the look of puffiness and support naturally lifted contours, without anything invasive.
What is lymphatic drainage and who is it for?
All our face and body massages use lymphatic technique, which many clients find leaves the skin looking firmer and more refreshed. For the body we also offer LPG / Endermologie, a non-invasive treatment used to support the look of smoother, more toned skin.
Do you offer professional training?
Yes. Organic Spa Chicago Academy runs hands-on certifications in lymphatic facial drainage, GlowLift face and neck technique, and advanced buccal massage. See the Courses page for the current program.
